truesatanism

>

truesatanism is a modified dialect of Theistic Satanism. I have been in the Satanism scene for many years now and have been unsatisfied with the views put forth by others - however, Diane Vera's Theistic Satanism site was a major turning point when I, like all other prospective Satanists deal with choosing between an athiestic or a theistic perspective.

I was never born into a christian family and have never declared myself to be a part of any other religion before Satanism - there has never been another choice. However, I feel that to know ones advasary, one must understand why they believe they do - not realizing their side can prove to be a fatal mistake, as such I have endeavored to study all aspects of religion as a hobby for a long time now. I am in university going for a B.Scand seek to find correlations between science and any higher realms of existence, I believe that if both exist, they have to be related somehow.

The basis behind truestanism can be summed up in one word however. Balance. Living one's life by simply ensuring they adhere to the natural balances of life will prove to be the most rewarding. Attaining both physical and spritual balance with prepare one for any obstacles that stand in their way by promising that the energies that surround them are as they should be. I know this sounds like a half baked concept, but I will be sure to flesh out the main idea. Satanism is a religion if independence, however, I still believe that individuals who may be called toward the Left Hand Path may be intimidated with the isolation that can face a Satanism and as such, should have some belief structure to which they can at least help guide them.

The definition of truesatanism...

I am preparing a little more info on my belief structure eventually here. I am extremely curious if anyone has any similarities to anything I post. Let me know.

I’ve found God, says man who cracked the genome

THE scientist who led the team that cracked the human genome is to publish a book explaining why he now believes in the existence of God and is convinced that miracles are real.

Francis Collins, the director of the US National Human Genome Research Institute, claims there is a rational basis for a creator and that scientific discoveries bring man “closer to God”.

This is a huge basis of my truesatanism belief structure. As you approach those sub-nm dimensions, the damndest things seem to appear.

Blasphemy: a ticket to Hell has never been funnier

You know sometimes you wonder how things like this haven't been thought up yet. Good on them.

Regarding the Rules for the Theistic Satanism Blog Network

Apologies to the other Theistics out there that I have no participated much in the Yahoo! groups as of lately.

It is unfortunate that so many rules need to be applied to this blog network, but I suppose when one choosesto discuss something as OMG EVIL as Theistic Satanism, then rules DO need to be applied. We all know thatthis subject attracts some of the most phychotic and intelligent people on the planet and so guidelines must beplaced to prevent the whole bloody thing from collapsing on itself. I am sure that if (hopefully!) this network gets off the ground, that the rules can be updated to changing issues and events although I am very sure that is not going to be a problem.

I saw that a 'free for all' tag was suggested. It seems that a 'free for all' tag would simply inviteflamewars needlessley from people with nothing better to do.
I may have missed the post, but is there still going to be any Yahoo groups active in the event the blognetwork launch is successful?

The development of the new Theistic Satanism Blog Network is definately an interesting new approach for us Satanists to interact with each other - all while being a bit easier on the eyes! I do hope that this experiment is a successful one.

On another note - does anyone have any good advice on how to customize these Blogspot pages a little more? Perhaps some good html templates or something?

Assimilation into the new Theistic Satanism Blog Network

I just wanted to mention that this blog, like most of the blogs entering into the new network are likely very tentative works in progress. The look, format and likely even te topic base of my blog, at least, may change to better suit the aims of the network.
